You have heard about the safari many times, but a trip to the desert will help you understand the meaning of this word. Sahara (from Arabic Sahara – desert) – a desert in North Africa – the largest of the tropical deserts, occupying about a quarter of the continent. You yourself will smell the hot sands, see the amazing sunset in the desert. 40 km from Hurghada you will see a completely different civilization. You will drive with an instructor across the desert off-road on ATVs. Go where you can’t go on your own.
ATVs are available for both beginners and experienced riders. There is nothing complicated in them – only two pedals: gas and brake !!! You will get a lot of impressions from what you see. You reach the ATV parking lot in the desert on a small bus and continue the route in a column, going deeper into the sands… You will visit a Bedouin village, where you will be treated to bread that is baked right here. There is also an opportunity to ride camels, visit a souvenir shop made by Bedouin hands and a pharmacy, where you will be told about the healing properties of some herbs. You can shop if you wish. During the tour you can see the “mirage in the desert”, but it depends only on the weather conditions. Next, an amazing spectacle awaits you – the sunset! Even for this, you need to plan an excursion to the desert! You will see stars almost above your head. The sun sets very quickly, so try to take pictures as quickly, and only then you will select the frames you like. In summer, you get to the beginning of sunset, as the tour is limited by the time of the tour, and the sun sets later in summer than in winter.
